Terms of Sale

METALTANK MASTERS sculptures are allocated by application, not sold through a shopping cart. An application does not constitute a sale or an order commitment until it has been approved.

Your edition and serial allocation, payment terms, and delivery terms are confirmed after application approval.

You may cancel before payment. After payment, cancellations are not accepted.

Limited-edition sculptures are non-returnable.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
